"Great sandwiches and a super easy ordering process"
I’ve ordered from Penn Station a few times now, and it’s been a great experience every time. The ordering process is really easy, which I appreciate, and the sandwiches always hit the spot. The bread tastes fresh, the meat comes hot, and they definitely don’t skimp on the toppings. Nothing overly fancy, just a really good sandwich done right.

"Support came through"
Had a little issue with my online order and figured it was gonna be a whole thing, but nah, their support team got back to me super quick and sorted it out. they handled it solid. I’m happy with how it went.

I was disappointed when my points just disappeared out of nowhere. I reached out to support hoping it would be an easy fix, but nothing ever got resolved. It’s frustrating because I expected better help, and now I’m left without the points I earned...

"Good for a quick sandwich, but kinda limited"
Penn Station is fine when I just want a quick sub and don’t feel like thinking too hard about lunch. The sandwiches are usually good, and the fries are solid too. But the menu feels kinda bare. It’s like the same basic subs and fries every time, and if you’re trying to find something lighter or just different, there’s not much there. So yeah, the food does the job, but they could definitely add a few more options.

"Still One of My Go-To Quick Meals"
I ended up grabbing the cheesesteak and fries again, it hit the spot like usual. The bread was nice and soft, the meat had a really good flavor, and the fries made it feel like the perfect quick meal. It’s definitely become one of those easy favorites I keep coming back to.

I ordered my sub online and it was painless. The menu was laid out in a way that made sense, and I liked that the topping options were all right there instead of making me click around forever. Checkout only took a minute or two, and the confirmation time matched up perfectly. When I got there, my food was already waiting, bagged up neatly, with the receipt tucked on the outside, which I always appreciate

"Decent food, but a little disappointing"
The food tasted fine overall, but my order wasn’t completely right. I remember opening the bag and feeling that little letdown because I’d been looking forward to exactly what I ordered. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did take away from the experience a bit

I stopped in for a quick bite, the lemonade ended up being my favorite part. It wasn’t too sweet, tasted really fresh, and went perfectly with my sandwich. I left satisfied, and I’d definitely come back just for that lemonade on some days.

"Easy enough for a quick lunch"
I used penn-station.com to look at the menu and find the closest location near me. The site loaded quick and I didnt have to click all over the place, which I really appreciated since I was just trying to figure out lunch. Ordering was straightforward too, the options made sense and checkout didnt turn into some confusing mess. I'd use it again for sure

"Friendly staff and easy pickup"
I ordered from penn-station and there was a small mix-up with my order, so I ended up calling the store about it. The person who answered was really calm and polite, and they didn’t make the whole thing feel like a big deal, which I appreciated. When I got there to pick it up, they seemed busy, but everyone was still friendly. Not really much else to say, just a smooth experience overall and they handled it professionally.

The food was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the dining area felt kinda noisy and a little cramped when I was there. The tables were mostly clean, just didnt feel like a place I’d want to hang out for long. Good enough for a quick meal, but I’d probably eat and head out. Overall, average vibe tbh

"Finally a Sandwich That Doesn’t Let Me Down"
I’ve ordered from Penn Station a few times now, it’s kind of a relief because I feel like I’m usually the one who ends up with stale bread or sad toppings everywhere else. But here, the ingredients actually taste fresh every time. The bread is soft, the veggies are crisp, and the meat doesn’t seem like it’s been sitting around all day. It’s a simple thing, but apparently not every place can manage it. That’s why I keep going back, it just feels like a solid, fresh sandwich that doesn’t disappoint me.

The tables and floors were genuinely really clean when I went in. It felt like they probably stay on top of cleaning throughout the day, or maybe I just came right after they tidied up, but either way the place looked great

I ordered through penn-station.com it was way faster than I expected. My food was ready when I got there, probably around 10 minutes total. Compared to some other sandwich places where I end up waiting around even after ordering ahead, this was really smooth. Definitely planning to use it again.
